SURVIVAL TACTICS: How to Work Safely in the Age of Covid-19
As the restaurant community sets about slowly to forge a new beginning in a vastly changed landscape, we must confront the challenge of creating a convivial and hospitable restaurant ambiance at the same time that we safeguard our health. There is, unfortunately, an excess of advice being offered from a variety of dubious sources, much of which serves only to mislead and distract us from our goal.
To assist in meeting the challenge faced by the restaurant industry, the Wine Education Council has enlisted informed and expert advice from two noted immunologists and epidemiologists who here provide practical and scientifically-based answers to our most pressing concerns.
