Riesling Rediscovered Seminar. University Professor John W. Haeger presented and discussed his latest book Riesling Rediscovered: Bold, Bright, and Dry” on March 21, 2017, in Los Angeles. Professor Haeger’s discussion focused on a dozen different Rieslings from all over the world. Geared toward giving a pragmatic background in the history, geography, geology, and winemaking processes behind a diverse range of the world’s key Rieslings, the seminar and tasting made the case for the Riesling grape as a noble grape that ably transmits terroir from the vineyard and into the glass.
