The WEC welcomes Peter Wasserman to speak in Dallas TX to conduct a Master’s Level Seminar on white Burgundy.

Thanks to the labors of visionaries like Becky Wasserman, many epicures the world over have canonized Burgundy as the most seductive, complex, and food-friendly of wines. Along with this recognition, unfortunately, have arrived scarcity, snobbery, and vertiginous pricing. While there do remain glorious Burgundies accessible to the average connoisseur, very few outsiders have been initiated into this covert circle of knowledge.

Born and bred in Burgundy, Peter Wasserman has agreed to guide a small group of wine lovers into the hidden world of unrecognized jewels, unlocking awareness and appreciation for certain arcane treasures of White Burgundy.
